This high intensity cardio workout at home (no equipment) is a full body workout in a short amount of time! Don’t let the no equipment part make you think that you won’t build your muscles today because you absolutely will! Body weight exercises are great to incorporate into your training and workout routine! In today’s workout you work for 40 seconds and rest for only 10 seconds. This is formatted to keep your heart rate high to burn as many calories in a short amount of time.
Trust me, you’ll be feeling the burn and sweating in no time with this one. (You’ll see in the video that I definitely was sweating everywhere!!)
It’s not a long break in between movements, but remember to drink small sips of your water throughout.
Buckle up for this fun workout – there are no repeating movements in the entire workout so you’ll be working ALL different muscles in today’s workout!
