This at home tabata workout is one of my absolute favorites! Tabata style workouts are so fun to do and I love that you can make the workout as easy or as challenging as you would like it to be! Tabata style workouts mean you work for a certain amount of time and rest for a certain amount of time. In today’s workout you work for 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds.
During the 40 seconds of work – give it all that you’ve got. Then rest completely during those 20 seconds. Grab some water and get ready for the next 40 seconds of work.
There are no repeating movements in the workout to keep it fun, interesting, and to get a complete full body workout hitting all of your major muscle groups.

As always, getting movement in each day is the most important thing you can do. It doesn’t matter if you go fast, do each movement for the full 40 seconds, or have to take breaks… what matters is that you are pushing PLAY and you are getting a sweat in!
