Hi! My name is Karlie and I’m just a regular girl with an amazing husband and three beautiful kiddos. We live in the midwest – Oklahoma specifically, where we have called it home since the end of 2015.
I personally grew up as a military brat and spent most of my childhood in Germany before moving to Oklahoma in my 8th-grade year of school.
I wasn’t fond of Oklahoma at the time, so I quickly joined the Air Force a year after graduating high school.
10 years later… I’m out of the military and back in Oklahoma (crazy how life works, huh?) and actually enjoying it! Well, when it’s not 100+ degrees.
My love of fitness began early in life – my older sister and I both grew up swimming and doing gymnastics. Then as I got older I dabbled in cycling, cross country running, track, and finally rowing crew for a club team.
I fell deeper in love with fitness after I had my first baby and wanted to lose the weight I had gained during my pregnancy.
It has definitely had to take the back burner sometimes throughout phases of my life (some pregnancies were harder than others), but it has always been that thing that brings me the best clarity in my life and helps my mental health out tremendously.
My favorite workouts are anything that can be done in roughly 20-30 minutes. Lower body is my go-to but I don’t discriminate!! 🙂
